Dear experts: The factory has a double-effect evaporator. If any of you can provide the equipment diagram and process flow diagram, I would be very grateful. The main issue at present is that the original design called for a processing capacity of 2 tons, but currently it’s less than 1 ton. I’m not sure what the reason is; I would appreciate any guidance from everyone. Thank you!

Without any specific conditions, a random answer is given; the processing capacity is less than half of the desired level. Possible reasons include a small actual heat exchange area, changes in the properties of the material (increase in boiling point), or failure to meet certain conditions (such as insufficient vacuum, inadequate steam pressure, or insufficient material circulation rate).
