Regarding pipe diameter

I have a gentle question: why is the outer diameter of a DN200 pipe with a wall thickness of 6mm 219mm, and not 212mm?

Pipes have different wall thickness grades; the outer diameter is the same, but the wall thickness varies
The nominal diameter is a standard and cannot be directly considered as the inner or outer diameter
DN is the nominal diameter, a standard value defined artificially; it generally cannot be directly equated to the outer or inner diameter of the pipe
The outer diameter is 219, and this will not change. The wall thickness does not have to be 6
What is the outer diameter of a DN200 pipe? For pipes in the GB9124 series 2 and HG20592 series B, the outer diameter is 219; for other series, it is 219.1
