Why not consider bottom feeding?
Feeding can be done from the top of the tank to the bottom, but what’s the point? It’s ridiculous to think that a siphon opening should also be provided at the top of the tank for the insertion tube; if such an opening is there, the oil will surely flow out through it. It’s impossible for nothing to happen in that case.
