Is the valve model CZ40H-100 resistant to alkaline corrosion?

In our factory, we use a hot potassium alkali solution, which is an aqueous mixture of potassium carbonate and potassium bicarbonate. The temperature of this solution is around 110 degrees. The valves used are of the CZ40H-100 model. Just a few months after they were installed in the system, it was found that the sealing surfaces of these valves had suffered corrosion, resulting in severe leakage. According to the valve manufacturer, the sealing surface material for these valves is 3CR13. Have other professionals encountered similar problems? Is 3CR13 material not resistant to alkaline corrosion? Solve! What type of valve should be chosen for hot potassium alkali solutions?
