Drier regeneration

I just installed the desiccant, and when trying to regenerate it using factory air, the inlet temperature reached 215 degrees Celsius, while the outlet temperature was only in the 50s degrees Celsius – the temperature rise was very slow. There are no temperature measurement points on the walls of the device. Does anyone know what could be causing this? How can it be fixed?
1. Low air volume and low space velocity; 2. Heat is required for the evaporation of moisture in the desiccant during regeneration; 3. Faulty outlet thermocouple.
