When will the equipment on the side walls of the prefabricated panel houses be installed?

The color panel features a hidden purlin design, with an inner panel, an intermediate insulation layer, and an outer panel. There are wall-mounted fans; the fan type is shown in the diagram. Should the fan be installed after the inner panels are in place, or after the outer panels are installed? What’s the reason? Thank you!
Install the color panels and edge seal the holes
Install it after all the panels have been installed; at the location where the equipment will be placed, you can use custom-made panels with pre-drilled holes
