Problems with the long-term operation of the Dalike large-granule urea production plant

Dear experts: Our company installed a 150,000 tons per year production facility for large-grained urea last year, using Daliko’s drum granulation + plate cooler technology. However, during actual operation, the urea in the exhaust ducts frequently forms lumps, causing blockages; the equipment can only operate for about 5 days before this issue arises. The blades of the exhaust fans also develop lumps, leading to significant vibration. I would appreciate any good suggestions or solutions you might have; I am ready to offer generous compensation for any helpful advice.

Are you referring to the pipeline used in the plate-cooled roof to collect urea dust? What is your gas source? And which brand of plate cooler do you use?
