I saw online that the container was equipped with two tank washers, and I thought it was a good feature. Previously, internal flushing of the container was carried out by installing a spiral nozzle inside the welded connections of the container and using hot water for flushing. I would like to learn from/adopt the container flushing device; I’m not sure whether it’s a standard component, and I’m looking for any relevant specifications that could be used as a guide.
It is standard; the choice is made based on the device’s diameter and cleaning capacity.
I don’t think it’s possible to clean everything completely with this method; the main goal is to carry out online cleaning at regular intervals (without shutting down the equipment), in order to increase its continuous operating time and avoid having to stop it for maintenance due to blockages that occur after short periods of use. It’s just about adding a few special nozzles that, through rotation, cause the water to collide with the dirt from all directions inside the container; it doesn’t involve any complex technology
