As the title suggests, I’d like to ask if anyone familiar with this topic has any information on relevant static discharge bonding standards; I’d like to learn about them. Thank you
Article 14.2.14 of the \"Code for Design of Oil Depots\" (GB 50074-2002) stipulates that flange connections of oil (oil and gas) pipelines shall be bridged. When connected by no less than 5 bolts, bypass wiring is not required in a non-corrosive environment.
Low-pressure steam, non-flammable; generally, no bonding is required for the 4 bolt holes. If the quantity is small, just connect it in passing.

The bonding at the flange is an electrostatic bond, not a lightning protection grounding wire; confusing the two is a sign of pseudo-expertise. The lightning protection and grounding standards do not specify any requirements regarding the bonding of pipe flanges; pipeline lightning protection and grounding is achieved by having the pipe supports in contact with the pipe tray, with the pipe tray supports being connected to the lightning protection network.
