Equipment in this category mainly falls into two types: custom-made and standardized; for standardized equipment, the relevant specifications must be provided by external suppliers. As the leading discipline, the process engineering team is responsible for submitting information about these suppliers to the related disciplines downstream: 1) First submission of information: The initial specifications for the externally purchased standardized equipment. This usually happens after the process engineering team submits the relevant purchase specifications, followed by a technical review, after which the procurement department selects a supplier, who then provides the initial specifications； It includes diagrams of the relevant external dimensions of the equipment, its weight, load capacity, power consumption, control methods, and so on. This preliminary version of the information is provided for downstream specialists to determine the initial layout, space requirements, capacity, control specifications, etc ； 2) Second submission of documents: This refers to the situation where the supplier has completed the detailed design, and there are no significant changes to the relevant drawings or technical documents. The documents signed and sealed by the supplier are then submitted to the downstream specialists as official input requirements.
