Minimum distance between the storage tank emergency shut-off valve and the tank wall?

An emergency shut-off valve must be installed on the feeding pipeline of Class A storage tanks with a capacity of 32 m3. What is the minimum distance required between the shut-off valve and the tank wall? Must it be outside the tank cofferdam? Which standard should be referred to?
There is no requirement for distance. Of course, the closer to the storage tank, the better. Our emergency shut-off valves are all located right next to the valve in front of them.
There should be no requirements; we are outside the valve at the base of the tank, inside the cofferdam!
Refer to the relevant requirements of SHT3007-2014 \"Code for Design of Tank Areas in Petrochemical Storage and Transportation Systems\"； For atmospheric or low-pressure storage tanks, 5.3.7 states that a main isolation valve should be installed near the tank base on each inlet and outlet pipe for the tank contents, and an operating valve should also be installed on each such inlet and outlet pipe. ”
