Fire separation distance issue between liquid oxygen storage tanks and hydrogen peroxide storage tanks

First of all, hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 27.5% is classified as a Category B substance according to building codes and hazardous materials regulations, right? According to building codes, liquid oxygen also falls under Category B substances. Should the fire separation distance between their storage tanks be calculated based on Table 4.2.2 of the building codes, which specifies 0.75D, or should it be calculated using Table 4.3.3, which specifies 20 meters? As I understand it, Table 4.3.3: 20 meters is specified mainly because many tanks of categories A, B, and C are used to store flammable liquids, and a larger distance is required from combustible gases. However, since hydrogen peroxide is stored in tanks of category B, it is not flammable – so is it really necessary to maintain a distance of 20 meters?
