Experts, please advise on whether non-combustible or flame-retardant materials should be used for the top portion of the building
It belongs to the roof area; it’s fine as long as it’s not used for other purposes. Rock wool core boards are commonly used in such cases.
It definitely belongs to a roof that is not accessible to people, and non-combustible materials are used.
