If you keep holding this skeptical attitude, it’s better to change careers sooner, bro.
You’re very conflicted; all the discussion posts you make revolve around “money b]”. Love what you do; as long as you put in effort, even picking up trash can be a profitable career.
Technical things don’t generate profits in the first ten years; profits come only later. Of course, it has a lot to do with the boss; finding a good boss is the most important thing. As the saying goes: you’re not afraid of opponents as strong as gods, but you are afraid of teammates as incompetent as pigs. Don’t try to understand a person based on what they say; many things have to be figured out on your own, requiring opportunities, luck, effort, and so on
Everything has its good and bad sides; if something is done well, there is a future ahead, but if it isn’t done well, it’s all in vain
