A clichéd question: the dike around the liquid caustic storage tank

Is there no standard for designing the dike around liquid alkali storage tanks? Some are designed in accordance with fire dike standards, while others follow similar principles. I think the function of such a dike is simply to prevent normal leaks and spills. Setting it at 200mm in height should work, right? Where else should the specifications be set? How should the distance from the storage tank be determined?
The estimated volume must be greater than the maximum storage volume. It’s really impossible to plug the leak if you try to go up there – this should be the standard approach, right? P Also, the cofferdam can be made shorter, but an overflow channel or storage tank needs to be installed alongside it, and it must also have waterproofing properties: lol
Not everything needs to be regulated by standards; it depends on the level of risk.

There are also corresponding requirements regarding the distance between the tank wall and the cofferdam; it is not allowed for any leaks at any point on the tank wall to escape outside the cofferdam area.
