What type of centrifuge are you? It’s a scraper-type discharge centrifuge; the lower part is sealed with a butterfly valve, and the liquid discharge port is equipped with a liquid seal. Then nitrogen is introduced through the nitrogen inlet, and the oxygen content is monitored in real time to ensure that the centrifuge remains sealed and that the nitrogen flow rate stays at a level such that no flammable or explosive conditions arise
The key is to determine whether this material has flammable or explosive properties under operating conditions. If so, from a safety perspective, consider the possibility of static electricity generation.
