Cored wires are widely used in steelmaking and casting! For example, cored wires enable it to be more convenient to introduce metallurgical materials into the molten steel during the steelmaking process in factories. Cored wires also serve to refine and cast steel, thereby reducing impurities, enabling alloying, and purifying the molten steel; they play a significant role in helping manufacturers improve the quality of cast iron and cast steel, reduce the costs associated with casting and steelmaking, and enhance the economic efficiency of producing cast iron and cast steel. It is very important that, during the steelmaking process, manufacturers can use alloy cored wires, which helps to prevent the formation of long strip-shaped sulfide inclusions and thus improves the anisotropy of the steel. Cored wire has excellent applications in deoxidation, desulfurization, etc., and is widely used by manufacturers in industries such as steelmaking and casting. It can also increase the yield of metals and elements such as rare earths, ensuring the stability of their composition.
