0.4, 6.8 Nitrogen pipeline purging issues.

Dear sea friends, for the purging of the 0.4 and 6.8 MPa nitrogen pipelines in the newly installed unit, can air at 0.6 MPa be used for purging until nitrogen starts to flow?
It doesn’t matter what is used for nitrogen purging, as long as it can keep the pipes clean. But one thing to know is what the standards for transporting this nitrogen are; for example, if this nitrogen is to be used to replace oxygen pipelines in the future, it is required that the nitrogen pipelines be degreased, and in applications where a very high level of cleanliness is needed, sandblasting for rust removal is also necessary. The key is the use of nitrogen, which determines the purging standards, and then purging methods are formulated based on those standards. Air is sufficient for general use.
