How is the weight of pipe fittings calculated, such as elbows, tees, and reducers? Great master, come quickly!
Use GBT12459 to find the dimensions, determine the wall thickness, calculate the volume, and then multiply the volume by the density of the steel
For standard components, one can simply look up the relevant national standards
It can be found in any book on piping. Or the second volume compiled by Sinopec, which deals with fittings, specifying their inner and outer diameters as well as weight
Calculate the area by directly lofting and developing the steel plate
It is listed in the relevant ASME standards, and some software can also be used for this purpose, such as Pipedate
