With the development of LCD screen technology, computers and TVs with ultra-thin LCD displays are now used in various industries as well as in households. They are no longer the bulky, large-sized TVs and computers of the past; instead, they feature brighter colors, higher resolutions, and larger display areas! Let’s not overlook the fact that although liquid crystal display screens are now so large, they rely on tiny, integrated inductors! Integrated inductors play a very important role in LCD TVs; although they are small, they can affect the image displayed by the TV! As we all know, integrated inductors have a filtering function. Televisions receive signals first through antennas in the form of radio frequencies; these signals then pass through the integrated inductors in the circuit. The inductors are responsible for frequency selection and filtering. After these processes are completed, the intermediate frequency signals are filtered. These intermediate frequency signals are then fed into the television’s signal processing chip for further processing. The signal processing chip separates the intermediate frequency signals into audio signals, sound-related signals, and full television signals. The separated audio signals are sent to the audio channel, while the full television signals are sent to the video processing chip to be converted into colored images. Invert, all of these signal processing and separation tasks rely on the function of integrated inductors. Modern LCD TVs all have the capability to receive VGA signals. The VGA encoding chip, along with the main control chip in the TV’s decoding circuit, are used to convert the received VGA signals into standard video signals. The main control chip receives the VGA video signals, processes them for decoding, and controls various signal processing tasks related to displaying the image on the TV; all of these processes rely on integrated inductors. Of course, today’s LCD TVs also have Internet TV functions, and the reception and processing of network signals also require integrated inductors!
