I’m new to the petrochemical warehousing industry, working in oil depot warehousing management. There are many numbers to track every day; since it’s a new project in an organization without prior experience, there are no established forms or records for warehousing management. I wonder if any experienced senior can help out. Thank you! Urgently needed: forms and records related to refined oil storage management. Examples include: account for the measurement and storage of bulk oils, registration form for the measurement of inventory oils, record of storage losses for bulk oils, detailed inventory sheet for goods on hand, goods account, physical storage account, detailed account of oils stored for customers, and general ledger for oils stored for customers. Ugh~~ There’s a lot of it; I’m also confused. Maybe I didn’t explain it clearly – it’s the set of documents related to the management of operations in warehousing companies. My email address is 455039029@qq.com. I hope everyone can help me :)
It varies from company to company; it is prepared based on each company’s actual circumstances
The brother is new to the industry, but the company must have been around for many years, right? There should be ISO standards and procedure documents, which contain these table files. If not, it is recommended to first understand the workflow and process requirements, then create one of your own, and finally turn it into a software template. It suits you better, and it also helps your supervisor to appreciate your work capabilities.
Yes, I’m new to this field. Since there is no fixed template format, I was wondering if anyone could suggest a standard template that I could use as a reference! I don’t want the electronic version; photos or just the text will do
