Experts, regarding the explosion protection issue for factory buildings (pilot plant buildings), at what level of hydrogen or methanol usage should explosion protection measures for such buildings be considered? Where can I find the information on the usage amount of this Class A chemical in that specification? Thank you to all the experts.
Explosion protection is not necessarily related to the quantity; even if the amount is small, if the concentration can reach the explosive limit, then explosion protection must be considered

What is its scale now? Are there any open-flame devices? A hydrogen production facility doesn’t necessarily require a building; it can be placed outdoors
There is no direct relationship; zones 0, 1, and 2 (50058) exist for any amount. If the amount is small, one can refer to 5% of value 50016 or 0.004 L/m3 as specified in the relevant regulations, in order to downgrade the fire category
