The bottom liquid of the decarboxylation tower in the pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit is a C9 product. Recent attention has been paid to the gel content in these C9 products; the actual gel content in the raw material is 30–70 mg/100 ml, while the actual gel content in the C9 samples is 1000–6000 mg/100 ml. The gel content after washing is 200–1000 mg/100 ml； Negative pressure tower operation: P: -75 KPa, top temperature: 57.5°C, tank temperature: 137°C, reflux rate within the design range ； The amount of inhibitor injected is the highest.
