Air compressor selection issues

I am now looking to purchase a highly advanced air compressor with a flow rate of 4000 m3/h, a pressure range of 0.2–0.3 MPa, low noise levels, and low energy consumption. I would appreciate some guidance from experienced chemical engineers.
It’s sufficient to study a small screw. It is basically fully automated and requires almost no maintenance.

The wind pressure only needs to be 0.2–0.3 MPa, but all the options I considered had a pressure higher than 0.3 MPa; those that could reach that pressure couldn’t achieve an air flow rate of 4000 m3/h.
