The HGCAD toolbar has disappeared

In 2015, CAD worked fine after installing the HGCAD plugin. But one day, when CAD was opened, the toolbar related to HGCAD disappeared; all other CAD toolbars were still there, but the functions of HGCAD could still be used, such as the commonly used QH shortcut for summation, which requires pressing that shortcut to function. Could anyone tell me how to restore the HGCAD toolbar? Searching online for ways to reload it didn’t work either
I’ve encountered the same problem too; please help
