May I ask whether the small pipeline that supplies instrument air to the pneumatic valve is the responsibility of the piping department or the instrument control team?
There are instruments in front of the control valve. From the boundary area to the units and near the equipment, it is the responsibility of the piping department, usually for pipe diameters of two inches or more. The instrumentation department is responsible for the section from the gas collection pipe up to the various control valves. The manufacturer is responsible for the air ducts associated with the control valve itself.
