A new petrochemical plant was built overseas over two and a half years, and the new plant began operating successfully after two and a half months. This not only demonstrates the speed of Chinese enterprises, but is also a source of pride for China’s petrochemical industry as it expands its operations overseas; it serves as an excellent example of the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative! Congratulations!
On November 3, following comprehensive testing, commissioning, and stable operation, the Hengyi Brunei PMB petrochemical project achieved full operational capability across all its processes, successfully producing products such as gasoline, diesel, aviation kerosene, PX, and benzene, marking a successful first trial run of the Hengyi Brunei project.
