In industry, when solid materials need to be added to a sealed container that contains flammable, explosive, or toxic gases, this addition is carried out without removing the gases from the container first. First, add the solid material to a silo by feeding it openly, and after the feeding is complete, seal the feeding port. Open the isolation valve to introduce the solid, then close the isolation valve. Are there any valves that offer good sealing, durability, and easy material guidance?

It’s inevitable that there will be small particles left behind in solids, and without the possibility of washing them with water, I’m concerned that the ball itself may wear out quickly

If the container contains pressurized flammable, explosive, or toxic gases, a hopper system should be used for solid feeding.
Powder ball valves are available; a lock-hopper system is preferable, with nitrogen used for pressurized purging and displacement
Search for ball valves specifically designed for powders; those produced in places like Ruian, Zhejiang are also good options
