Do Class A and Class B transfer tanks be considered as not directly involved in the process engineering? 2. How should \"not including process vessels\" be understood? Which containers are meant? Are transfer tanks and metering tanks used in Class A and B production considered process vessels?
Equipment that has no direct impact during the manufacturing process and does not affect the specific operational steps

Not directly participating in the manufacturing process refers to storage tanks that are used to adjust the balance of production cycles among different processes, facilitate the transition between various intermediate batches, and ensure the stability of certain auxiliary production activities. During discussions with various experts, there are still slight differences in their understandings, and continuous exploration and communication are needed to use these as a basis for optimizing the design.
Those that are part of the manufacturing process or involved in reactions do not count as workshop storage tanks; there are no distance requirements. If a metering tank is used for balancing production, it is considered an intermediate storage tank in the workshop
