Blowing of the jacket

The heat transfer medium in the reactor jacket can be steam, hot water, or circulating water; when switching between these mediums, compressed air is used for purging, and the water that is blown out returns to the pipeline. Is it necessary to have separate pipelines for hot water and circulating water?
If purging is carried out after using steam, wouldn’t that mean blowing the condensate into the condensate pipes as well? Wouldn’t that result in non-condensable gases in those pipes?
