Under what circumstances is it not necessary to install a circulation pool at the circulating water station?

For facilities with low water consumption, there is no need to install a recirculation water tank. In fine chemical industries, certain production units require cooling water, while the entire plant’s production system does not. In such cases, a cooling system can be installed specifically for those units—a small, independent recirculating cooling system. By installing a cooling tower along with a collection tank, sump, or catch basin, the production requirements can be met. Under these circumstances, the water consumption typically remains below 50 tons of cooling water per hour. For larger-scale, more concentrated water use, up to 100 tons per hour is acceptable. If multiple production units use water on a relatively continuous basis, it is necessary to consider installing a circulating water tank to supply recycled cooling water to each unit. In cases where water usage varies or is unstable, a constant-pressure variable-frequency water supply system can be employed.
