The process flow mainly includes three parts: raw material pretreatment, hydrogenation reaction, and product separation. The feed diesel is mixed with hydrogen and fed into a fixed-bed reactor, where reactions such as hydrodesulfurization (HDS) and hydrodenitration (HDN) occur on the catalyst bed, reducing the sulfur content from several thousand ppm to below 10 ppm. After high-pressure and low-pressure separation, the reaction products enter a distillation tower to yield products such as refined diesel and naphtha. This technology is crucial for producing clean fuels and meeting environmental regulations.
