What faults do Yokogawa electromagnetic flowmeters often experience? What solution? Let’s exchange ideas – why are there flow fluctuations even though the flow meter isn’t working? The low-flow condition has been eliminated, and grounding has been done.
There is data usage yet! 1. Check whether the pipe is full. 2. Check again to ensure the grounding is reliable and compliant with standards.
Since it’s Japanese-made, it might get damaged.
Check whether the lining is damaged, whether there are impurities on the electrodes or if the electrodes are corroded, whether the medium fills the tube completely, and whether there is any electromagnetic interference in the surrounding area
Check whether air traffic control detection is enabled.
Remove it from the pipeline and check whether the electrode is damaged; disconnect it from the process pipeline. If the fluctuations remain severe, it is basically broken
I use a dozen or so of them here, and there are no issues with the equipment
