I need a selection table for venturi flowmeters. The Venturi flowmeter is similar to the orifice plate flowmeter, but it is less common. If no one has it, I hope some expert can help modify the orifice flow meter selection table into a venturi flow meter selection table. The figure below shows the selection table for orifice plate flow meters:
Just replace the overall orifice plate with an orifice tube. The data required for the venturi design is the same as that for the orifice plate. Both are designed based on the same standard.
Do it yourself; it can be finished in half a day.
It’s great if you just change it to a throttle element
