During operation of the secondary pump, fluctuations in the pressure gauge of the secondary pump occasionally occur, and a rhythmic humming sound can be heard from within the secondary pump; at those times, the pressure gauge also fluctuates! Is the exhaust port blocked? What else could be the reason?
Our device is in a similar situation; we have now disassembled the nozzle of the vacuum pump, and after replacing it with a new one, normal operation has been restored
