How is the coil resistance of an electromagnetic flowmeter calculated? Seeking a solution
What is the purpose of measuring the coil resistance of an electromagnetic flowmeter? It can be measured using Ohm’s law, or it can be measured with a precision rheometer (Wheatstone bridge method).
Does one have to take the electromagnetic flowmeter apart completely in order to measure its resistance? There’s no conventional way to measure its resistance either

In the case of an integrated electromagnetic flowmeter, since the terminal blocks only provide power supply and measurement signal outputs, non-professionals are unable to directly measure the resistance of the excitation coil. However, for split-type electromagnetic flowmeters, the terminal blocks of the measurement tube should clearly indicate the terminals for the excitation coil and those for the internal signals of the instrument; it should be possible to measure the resistance at the terminals of the excitation coil. Electromagnetic flowmeters with DC or AC single-frequency excitation may be easier to detect, while those with dual-frequency excitation require the expertise of professionals. If you are not familiar with the maintenance and structure of electromagnetic flowmeters, it is better not to attempt to disassemble or measure them lightly.
