Our company has several Zhejiang Sānfāng ZZYP-16ΙΙZI self-acting control valves. When adjusting these valves, we are unsure of the appropriate settings for the pressure regulator and throttle valve; the pressure before the valve is 0.8 MPa, while the pressure after the valve should be kept at 300 Pa. The pressure control is unstable now, and the controller cannot be adjusted properly. Please thank that hero for me!

Can primary pressure regulation achieve a range from 0.8 MPa to 300 Pa?

For this type of low-pressure device, we usually buy imported ones; domestic ones have larger pressure fluctuations and are not reliable
Compared to control valves, the gap between micro-pressure PCVs and imported products is not minimal at all. Domestic products still need to improve. I used domestic products a few times, but in the end I had no choice but to go with the regular nitrogen supplementation setup. Anyway, it’s safer to supply more nitrogen than not to supply any at all; it’s just a matter of wasting a little N2 in the incinerator.
A smaller pipe diameter will yield better results!
