As shown in the figure, the product that is not functioning properly – DdN80 with a diameter of DN100 – was cut along the original weld seam by someone; it was found that there was a problem with the wires inside. The tape used to hold the wires in place did not compress them tightly enough, and prolonged vibration caused the wires to wear out and break, resulting in the sensor failing to function properly. It’s hard to say whether the tape came loose due to prolonged use, or if it was caused by carelessness or negligence on the part of the workers in the factory at that time; but this is the root of the problem. There will be pictures and evidence to show what really happened going forward.

In such cases, it is recommended to return the product to the factory for testing. The factory will analyze and determine the cause of the fault; if it is a quality issue, appropriate action will be taken.
