When I needed this standard for actual work and could not find the corresponding Sinopec standard, I communicated with several manufacturers and obtained an industry standard instead. It facilitates technology selection and the establishment of relevant technical specifications during the bidding process!
The 2000 version is no longer valid; the latest version is the 2013 version.
Please refer to the 2013 version of the standard.
