A new electric door has been added to the desulfurization misting water system; the diagram provided by the manufacturer DEM shows that it stops automatically after three seconds once the operation command is given, and it also stops after three seconds upon startup. What’s going on? Have any other users encountered the same situation?
Some actuators require a constant high voltage level in order to function; check whether the DO signal sent to the DCS-controlled valve actuator is a 3S pulse. If it is, extending that duration appropriately will suffice.
