Short-term sequential shutdown of redundancy services in the ABB 800M system

The ABB 800M system is being used, with DELL Power Edge R720 servers. Around 14:00 yesterday, the data connection to the layer 2 operation station and engineer stations was lost. By checking the system events, we determined that the OPC server on server001 stopped working around 12:50, and shortly after that, the OPC server on server002 also stopped functioning at around 14:00. This situation occurred once last year. This is the second time. So, why did the two redundant services go down one after another in such a short period of time? When both are working properly, everything is fine; but once one of the services stops working, the other one also shuts down quickly. What could be the reasons for this? :L The attachment is a snippet of the event log.
