How to measure anhydrous hydrogen fluoride

As the title suggests, apart from the gravimetric method, are there any other suitable meters or devices, such as flowmeters, that can be used to measure anhydrous hydrogen fluoride?
Mass flow meters work fine; we’ve been using them here for many years with no problems.
