Seeking training from Zhejiang University Zhongzi Sunytech; videos would be preferable

I’ve been in contact with the Zhejiang University Zhongzi SUNYTECH system recently, and I’m not quite sure how to install this software. I tried it once based on experience, but it didn’t work; moreover, the main control card became unresponsive. Although it recovered after hot plugging, a problem of moderate severity arose. After operations such as making modifications, adding elements, or changing drawing positions, all the universal connectors in the chassis where the main control card is located lose connection; connectivity is restored after restarting! It’s really confusing and puts a lot of pressure on people. There are only 4 random documents available for reference, which will not be described here; they can basically be ignored. Here, I hope everyone can help me solve these few problems, so that at least the production parameters here can remain accurate (it’s not possible to download them; any changes can only be saved in the main control card). 1. Downloading: How does it work? What is the sequence for downloading data in this system? 2. Why are the main control card and universal card components out of communication? Could it be because of my incorrect installation?

In confusion, for example, Zhejiang University’s Zhongkong system has hardware monitoring software with a user-friendly interface for adding and deleting items.
