How do people handle used instruments?

Hello, esteemed colleagues. I was wondering how your respective organizations handle used instruments? Does our factory seem to sell scrap metal? I really don’t know. . . .
Meters that have no value for repair are disposed of according to the scrap disposal procedures； Afterward, the components from the scrapped instruments that can be used as spare parts will be removed and stored ； Theoretically, there are no instruments that cannot be repaired, and no instrument parts that cannot be used.
If available, the project design can make use of existing assets
After decomposition, the scrap iron pile is left to handle it. . .

Meters with inadequate precision can be used in less critical locations; those that cannot be repaired can have their parts taken apart and reused
For instruments that can no longer be used, we fill out a scrap form; after approval by management, they are managed centrally and used as spare parts obtained by reusing existing components. Essentially, the good parts are reassembled and put back into use. In this way, a good instrument will be assembled and repaired and put back into use.
