Communication debugging between Yokogawa DCS and PLC

I’ve been working on debugging the communication between the Yokogawa DCS and the PLC recently. The analog communication works fine, and digital data can be received using ModScan; however, it cannot be detected in the report. When I assign a value to that address using ModSim, the data is available in the report. But once the communication cable connected to the PLC is used, the data from that address can no longer be received in the report. What should I do next? I’m seeking guidance from experts – urgently!
