The signal output is stable, the locator is functioning properly, there is no sticking in the valve, and no air leakage is present. What could be the reason for it to operate intermittently once set to automatic mode? Dear experts, please help analyze the reason
If it works manually but experiences automatic surging, then it has nothing to do with the on-site instruments. .
The compressor is controlled by the 3C system, and the signal sent from the indoor unit is stable. At first I suspected it was due to the PID, but the 4-20mA signal is stable
Through close cooperation among the process specialists, designers, and DCS teams, the issue can be resolved effectively. One incident I experienced was caused by overly long process pipelines. Try harder :)
What brand of locator is being used?
Communicate with the process team and switch to manual mode to see if there is still breathing; if not, it indicates that the issue is not related to the valve, and the problem lies in the control settings. It might be a problem with the locator; try replacing it. Replacing the locator doesn’t work either; it might be a problem with the safety barrier. Try replacing that instead. None of these solve the problem; let’s look for process-related causes

The problem hasn’t been resolved; mainly, the CCC control system doesn’t have an appropriate safety barrier
CCC is very advanced; I’ve never used it. But aren’t safety barriers universal? Can’t those from MTL or P+F be used?
