RT would like to discuss with everyone: are there any good manufacturers that produce electric contact diaphragm pressure gauges for use in such boilers to control the furnace pressure? We are currently using model YEJ-121 from Shanghai Instrument Factory, the Baiyun brand. The quality seems to be rather unstable, and the manufacturing precision is not that high. And it has a high failure rate. The range we need is +/− 200 Pa, with an electrical contact whose position can be adjusted to define the operating range for negative pressure. Manufacturers both domestically and abroad can be recommended; this instrument is crucial for our system. I would appreciate your advice.

If it’s important to you, I recommend: 1) choosing a pressure transmitter with an alarm output device, and 2) using a redundant configuration. I currently believe that this type of gauge is a pressure gauge that is not yet as reliable as those available in the world.
