Why is there no data in the process tag type library in the PCS7 plant view?

I have PCS7 V8.0 installed, and the engineer station is set up locally. During the configuration process, I noticed that there is no data in the Process tagtypes/Process Tag Database in the engineering view. However, according to the tutorial, this directory should contain various types of process tag libraries, such as those for motors, valves, etc.? Could an expert please help? Is it an authorization issue?
Check the file paths where that library is located to see if there are any files there. If not, you can copy a library from another location and place it there to give it a try; then reopen the software to see if anything appears
