We have a material with rather special properties, and we want to use diaphragm control valves to regulate the flow rate. I’m wondering if there are any good brands of diaphragm control valves available both domestically and internationally. Thank you!
No diaphragm valve from any brand can perform well as a control valve. A single-seat stop valve is better
Preferred order of control valve types: ① Fully functional ultra-lightweight control valves → ② Butterfly valves → ③ Sleeve valves → ④ Single-seat valves → ⑤ Double-seat valves → ⑥ Eccentric rotary valves → ⑦ Ball valves → ⑧ Angle valves → ⑨ Three-way valves → ⑩ Diaphragm valves. It can be seen that the diaphragm control valve comes last; I’m not sure what type of medium you are working with that requires such a choice

Generally, we use the same few types of control valves; specific choices should be made based on the actual operating conditions
