[2025-05-12]    Recently, the CEMS-2000N analyzer, a domestically produced device, was installed in Tower No. 4 for desulfurization at Zhongan United. This is the second set of domestically produced CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System) instruments put into use by Zhong’an United, marking a solid step forward for the company in its efforts to replace imported instruments with domestic alternatives.   In recent years, domestic equipment technology has developed rapidly. Compared to the high costs and long maintenance periods of imported instruments, domestic instruments offer advantages such as better cost-performance, faster maintenance response, and more convenient service. The core technologies and equipment for Zhongan United’s coal chemical plants have been largely localized, and it is also imperative to replace the domestic instruments and meters on site with locally produced ones. To this end, based on extensive research and thorough technical evaluations, Zhongan United has set the goal of gradually replacing imported instruments with domestic alternatives.   Over the past few years, Zhongan United has successively achieved the domestic substitution of 116 instruments such as slag locking valves and coal powder angle valves, as well as the internal components and maintenance kits for 317 sets of valves, thereby saving a large amount of costs associated with inspection and maintenance. Among them, the pulverized coal mass flow meter can simultaneously measure both the velocity and density of pulverized coal, successfully replacing the radiation source density meter to enable nuclear-free measurement. In the newly built high-flash vapor recovery project, all 18 temperature transmitters also use domestic brands.
